A New Start

Today was my first day of my new role as Volunteer Coordinator for Enfield for Oasis. I must admit that it was a strange feeling basically working 9-5 today with commuting etc. It was good to meet many people both at the academy where I will be based and also at Oasis HQ in waterloo. It feels like there’s lots to get my head around and many other people to meet and I guess this will be a frustrating time in many ways for me as I just want to get on but need to spend this time learning about the organisation. It is going to be challenging as well as I try to balance everything with my time at church. However I am looking forward to the challenge.
