My training is now complete. Just come in from my last hard training session and am feeling ok. The rest of the week will be about keeping things ticking over and getting my body full of the right kind of food and drink. I have my start time for Sunday and the official instruction regarding transitions from swim to bike and then bike to run. It’s a little intimidating and looks quite easy to get some technical element wrong so i will have to swat up on the rules etc. I’m hoping to be around in under 2 hours (if there are no problems).
