Training Session 5

Just back from my first interval training session. 20 mins alternating between 5 mins steady pace and 5 minutes fast. That really hurt especially the last 5 mins.

I am pleased I’m starting to feel stronger each session and pleased I got out on a dark non-so pleasant night.
