Training Session 11

3 miles around Alderholt on roads this eve. A good run, nicely steady with good consistent mile splits. Tomorrow it’s going to be a 30 minute interval session at some point. Also solved the Nike +listening to podcast whilst you run conundrum for the time being. Realised that my training runs over the past 3 weeks now add up to just over marathon distance, scary stuff!
